The Kitchen
Piadina, is our local speciality fried mixed fish from the Adriatic,
grilled fish, first courses of fresh pasta ( strozzapreti, tagliolini
and tagliatelle) flavoured with sea food and shellfish, typical wines
from the area like Sangiovese and Trebbiano? Good wholesome food is the
most important tradition in Romagna!
We know this at the Hotel Milano and it's for this reason that we offer
these dishes every day besides many other sophisticated, fresh and
tasty dishes.

With us you can try the typical regional food along with Italian and
International cuisine to satisfy all tastes. Each day an appetizing
buffet style breakfast awaits you in our stylish restaurant for a very
pleasant start to the day. There is also a healthy organic corner.
For those who want to enjoy their holiday sleeping a little longer, no problem, breakfast continues at the Garden Bar.
At lunch and at dinner there is a choice of three menus, each
consisting of a meat or fresh fish dish, a large buffet of cooked
vegetables and salads and to complete your meal a selection of
home-made pastries.
