After you have made the payment, we ask you to send us a copy via fax : 0541.600754 or via mail : info@hotelmilano.net
In the reason for payment of the Wire transfer you must enter the booking references.
Example: deposit for Mr. Rossi Paolo’s reservation, arrival on the 1st of June, departure on the 15th of June.
(you have to insert the name you did the reservation with).
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the arrival day the rooms are available for our guests from 14.00 am.
The day of departure they must be vacated by 10.00 am.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOT START OR CANCELLED YOUR STAY
If a room is canceled 7 days before the arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus the cost of the operation. Otherwise it will be withheld entirely.
In case of early departure, the room will be charged for the following three days after the departure.
